Emprise provides an Alarm Response Service to minimise disruption and eliminate the risk to your staff by attending the premises for you. We act as your key holders responding to any type of incident or alarm activations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Police guidelines for alarm activations issued by A.C.P.O. (Association of Chief Police Officers) mean that the Police do not always respond and attend premises where there is a history of false alarms.

We will liaise with Police Officers, ensuring that we obtain full details of the officer attending and any other reference details for insurance claims or other reporting matters.
