Craig McGilvray joins Emprise board as CEO
Emprise Services Plc, a specialist support services company focusing on cleaning and security, has appointed Craig McGilvray as its new chief executive.
Craig joins Emprise from Alfred McAlpine where, as MD of the business services division, he successfully managed the company through a period of sustained growth. Craig's earlier appointments include Divisional FD at Alfred McAlpine and Group FD at Stiell during its transformation from an M&E contractor to a FM provider. During his time in these positions at Stiell and McAlpine, Craig has worked on many large contracts and acquisitions including the FM for HM Revenue and Customs and McAlpine's purchase of Enviros to name but a few. Craig has specialised in the delivery and management of growth, with a focus on building value-added service offerings.
Craig McGilvray comments: "At Emprise there is a high quality service model providing a solid platform from which we hope to build our strength and capability, elevating the company to the next level in order to achieve our growth objectives." Emprise is looking to build upon its well established foundation as a specialist support services company through widening its offering to chosen market sectors, whilst maintaining the existing culture that has remained since the company's inception. Emprise particularly prides itself on sustaining ongoing proactive involvement and access to directors throughout client contract terms and foresees this unique culture of engagement continuing during its ambitious growth plans.
"Craig joins us at an exciting time. His extensive experience in the sector and of managing and delivering growth brings additional expertise to our already strong management team that will support us in our ambitions. We welcome Craig to Emprise," said Stephen Barrett, Chairman at Emprise.
