Knowledge - Training

To support our commitment to training and development we were recognised as an Investor in People in 2004. The first Post-Recognition Review took place in October 2007 and the assessor confirmed that Emprise continues to meet the requirements of the Investors in People National Standard. In particular, a number of characteristics or features of Emprise were recognised as exceeding the requirements of the Investors in People Standard. These included our strong positive culture reflected by a strong emphasis of employee welfare, mutual loyalty and respect, strong basic training and access to proper and sufficient equipment.

Training and development is provided at all levels within Emprise in accordance with employees' agreed needs. We invest heavily in our training programs which deliver tangible benefits to our clients.
