Emprise Services plc has implemented a quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2000. Our objective is to obtain continuous improvement in the efficiency and productivity of our operations through the implementation of these quality systems.

Our security division operates in accordance with the British Standards BS7499, BS7858, BS7984 and OHSAS18001 and our UKAS accredited ISO 9001:2000 Quality Program. They also conform to the latest SIA licensing criteria.

Emprise also operates to SAFEcontractor accreditation. This is an accreditation service, which assesses the competency of contractors. The scheme focuses on health and safety but also takes into account other critical issues such as quality, insurance, training, etc. The accreditation confirms and demonstrates the high standards of the organisation, as well as proof of commitment to potential and existing clients.

The above processes allow us to address and achieve customer satisfaction through effective application of the quality system, including processes for continual improvement and the pro-active approach to problem prevention.

Emprise's major objective is to provide a platform for continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction through monitoring and information analysis. This enables us to produce preventative action plans, thus reducing the number and severity of customer complaints whilst providing the impetus to improve.
