David Congalton, Business Support Manager
David joined Emprise in 2001 as Business Support Manager with overall responsibility for Quality and Environmental. He brought many years experience working with all aspects of quality control, maintenance and corrective action. David has successfully guided Emprise through the continued assessments of ISO 9001, accreditation to ISO 14001 and the re-assessment of our Investor in People recognition. Most recently, David was responsible for working alongside our H&S auditor to achieve accreditation to ISO 18001.

Mark Gillman, Health & Safety Manager
Mark's career began at Emprise in 2001 when he TUPE transferred and was appointed Health & Safety Manager in 2003. He is responsible for providing support and advice on all areas of Health & Safety including site audits, risk assessments and ensuring that legislative requirements are communicated and adhered to within the business. Mark holds qualifications in IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, NVQ level 4 and is an A1 NVQ Assessor.

Suzanne Jackson, Human Resources Manager
Suzanne joined Emprise in 2004 as Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for providing support and advice on disciplinary and capability issues, performance management and TUPE transfers, monitoring employment legislation along with employee welfare and benefits. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Howard Masterson, Quality & Training Manager
Howard joined Emprise in 1999 following a long career with the Sussex Police Force. He was posted to Gatwick Airport as the Inspector in Charge of the Gatwick training department responsible for major incident, airside driver and firearms training. Howard holds qualifications including SITO, MAYBO, Skills for Security and IOSH Managing Safely. He is responsible for training all security guards in basic job training, communication and conflict management, CCTV, retail security, supervisor and examination management, personal search procedures, display screen equipment and suspect postal packages.
